What we publish

Nova Commodity Trading covers the physical commodity economy: commodity trading and brokerage, energy and oil markets, fuel oil and marine fuel, and the shipping and logistics chains that connect them.

Our brief is deliberately constructive. We report on progress, capability and problem-solving in the industry: new infrastructure, better fuel quality assurance, safer bunkering, cleaner voyages, smarter trade finance. We are not a scandal sheet, and we do not publish speculative allegations about companies or individuals.

Who we write for

Traders, brokers, charterers, bunker suppliers, terminal and refinery operators, shipowners and managers, analysts, financiers and the regulators and service providers around them.

How our newsroom works

Story leads come from monitored industry sources, official releases and direct reporting. Every story is attributed to its source material, checked against it, and reviewed by a human editor before publication. Nothing publishes automatically.

• Sources are approved and reliability-rated before they enter our pipeline.
• Drafts are checked for factual alignment with the source, tone and legal risk.
• Editors can reject, request changes or publish; rejections are logged.
• Images are licence-audited before use.
